e-clearing.net is the solution for cross-functional charging of electric vehicles. The core of this solution is a platform with the purpose to exchange roaming authorisation, charge transaction and charge point information data.

By making use of this clearing house, the complexity of relationships between parties can be reduced, from many partner connections to a single connection with the clearing house. Due to the open architecture, e-clearing.net enables partnership setup flexibility.
Participants of e-clearing.net benefi t from one interface, while keeping the freedom of choice in partners and services.

The market demand does not stop at the interoperable access to charging stations. e-clearing.net generally makes interoperability easy, flexible and scalable. The system offers - in addition to the exchange of charge transactions - numerous value added services, such as integration with geo-navigation systems, and is aiming to provide further services such as reservations of charging stations from an intelligent vehicle.

In short, e-clearing.net is a solution to exchange roaming authorisation, charge transaction and charge point information data.

E-mobility introduces an entire set of new services, coming from existing and/or new market players. With the increase of the number of parties that have a role in providing and servicing of charging and the increase in transactions (charge-actions) there exists a growing demand for these transactions to be handled in an automated way. In order to function, at least one two-way interface between each market player is needed, leading to a vast amount of non-standardised interfaces.

For this reason, Blue Corner (Belgium) ladenetz.de (Germany) and e-laad foundation (Netherlands) created e-clearing.net.

The plattform fee per partner is arranged in three classes. The fees for the year 2015 are: 5.000 € (small) - 10.000 € (medium) - 15.000 € (large). Fees are paid for 12 month from signing.

New partners will be classified based on two factors:

• Yearly total company turnover
  • More than 10 million Euro
  • Between 1 million and 10 million Euro
  • Below 1 million Euro
• Activity in the e-mobility market
  • For operators: Number of operated charge points
  • For providers: Number of customer contracts
  • For navigation providers: Use of dynamic or static data.

• Should the Partner operate several roles on the platform, the higher category shall be selected for the market activity calculation factor.
• All market roles can and services are encompassed by the annual fee
• No further cost like transaction, subscriber or charging station based fees
• No further costs or fees related to
  • transactions
  • customers
  • charging stations
  • numbers of roaming-contracts

For whole onboarding process of IT-systems a flat fee of 5.000 € must be paid, which includes workshops, support etc.
